By scheduling service with Prime Curb Services, you authorize us to perform the requested pressure washing and/or soft washing services at your property. Payment is due in full upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. The customer is responsible for providing reasonable access to the work area and a functioning water supply. While we use professional equipment and techniques, pressure washing may reveal pre-existing issues such as loose paint, oxidation, cracked concrete, deteriorated wood, damaged mortar, worn sealants, rust stains, or other existing defects. Prime Curb Services is not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, improperly maintained surfaces, or normal cleaning of deteriorated materials. Services may be rescheduled due to weather or unsafe working conditions. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and accept that the completed service constitutes satisfactory performance unless concerns are reported within 48 hours of completion.
